Vespi is an AI-powered beauty and makeup simulation tool. Users upload facial photos and provide optional makeup preferences to generate customized cosmetic effects. This Privacy Notice explains what data we collect, how it is used, processed, stored, and your rights regarding such data. Using Vespi confirms your acceptance of this notice.

· Makeup preference details (lip color, eyeliner style, glossiness, overall aesthetic)

These data are collected solely to provide and maintain Vespi functionality.
Vespi does not use third-party tracking for marketing or profiling purposes. Limited technical cookies may be used to enhance app stability.
All AI computations occur on Vespi’s internal, secured servers.
· User photos and preferences are processed only to generate requested makeup simulations
· No data is sent to external AI services
· Uploaded content is not used for AI training, advertising, or profiling
· Temporary data created during processing is deleted immediately after the result is generated
No user content is shared, sold, or used for purposes other than providing the core service. Temporary data created during AI processing is deleted immediately after results are generated and never stored permanently.
Photos may contain human faces. Vespi ensures:
· No face recognition is performed
· No biometric templates are created
· Individual identity is not extracted or stored
· Facial data is never shared with third parties
· Temporary processing data is deleted once makeup generation is complete
User data is strictly used to:
· Generate AI makeup effects
· Maintain app functionality and stability
· Respond to support inquiries
· Prevent misuse and ensure security
· Fix bugs and technical issues
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or AI training.
· Uploaded photos: deleted immediately after processing
· Generated makeup results: stored temporarily on-device; can be deleted anytime by the user
· Crash logs: retained up to 12 months
· Support messages: retained up to 6 months
· Account data: stored while account is active; deleted within 30 days after account removal
Temporary processing data is removed immediately after completion.
Data may be stored or processed in servers located outside your country. By using Vespi, you consent to such transfers under secure handling practices. All international data processing is performed under strict security controls equivalent to those in your home country.
Vespi is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Any data inadvertently collected will be deleted promptly.
You may:
· Access and review uploaded photos and generated makeup results
· Delete or modify your content at any time
· Request clarification on how your data is used
· Report abuse or violations by other users
This notice may be updated periodically. Continued use of Vespi constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
By using Vespi, you agree to this Privacy Notice and all described data processing. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app. Users may withdraw consent by stopping use of the app and deleting any stored content.
