Vespi | User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vespi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Service Overview

Vespi is an AI-based beauty simulation tool:

· Upload facial photos

· Provide makeup preferences

· Generate visual makeup effects

Outputs are for personal use, creative exploration, and self-guided decision-making.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use Vespi.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for content uploaded, including:

· Having rights to the images submitted

· Not uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content

· Respecting other users and the platform’s rules

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

· Reverse engineer or modify the app

· Access servers or other users’ content without authorization

· Use the app for unlawful purposes

· Exploit app features or AI outputs outside intended functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, AI models, and outputs are owned by Vespi Team. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify without permission.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Rights

· Users retain ownership of uploaded photos

· Vespi has a limited license to process images for makeup generation

· Users may access, modify, or delete their uploaded photos and results at any time

· Users can report inappropriate content; the team will review within 24 hours

8. Service Availability

Vespi may change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation is provided.

9. Disclaimer

Vespi outputs are provided “as-is.” The app does not offer professional beauty advice or guarantee results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vespi Team is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app or generated results.

11. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating terms or misuse. Users may also stop using the app at any time.

12. User Rights Summary

· Access and manage your images and generated outputs

· Delete, modify, or export your data

· Report abuse or violations to Vespi Team

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law where the Vespi Team is based.
